Why do I have a registry profile?
As an extension of our partnership with the top baby registry retailers, we make it easy for your friends and family to find all of your registries in one easy place.

Can I choose which registries I want to display?
Absolutely! Whenever you create a registry with one of our retail partners, we’ll add it to your profile. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for a newly-created registry to display online. If you prefer to show some registries and not others, you can make that change under your profile settings. Log in to your registry profile, click on “Profile Settings” and then edit “Your Registry Settings,” where you will have the option to show or hide each of your registries.
If you don’t have a membership, or if you need assistance updating or removing a registry from your profile, contact us at email@example.com.
How can I edit my name or due date?
To ensure that your name and due date are the most current, make sure your retailer has the most up-to-date information in their system. It may take up to 24 hours for any changes to appear on your registry profile.
If you have a partner and their name is missing from your registry profile, make sure they are listed with your retailer as the Co-Registrant.
If you’ve updated your information with your retailer and it’s still not appearing on your profile, please contact our customer service.
Why can’t I find my registry on The Bump?
Once a registry is created with one of our retail partners, it can take up to 24 hours for your registry to appear in our search results.
If you created your registry more than a day ago, here are a few ways to troubleshoot:
- Try the search again. Make sure to use the same name that was used when creating the registry in-store or online.
- Confirm the registry is set to “public” or “searchable” on the retailer’s website.
- If you have a registry with a store that isn’t one of our listed partners, you can still add it manually to your registry profile.
- If the registry is still not appearing on The Bump, contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I don’t want my registry to appear in The Bump search results?
To remove your registry from search results on The Bump, contact us at email@example.com.
How do I share my registry profile with family and friends?
You can share your registry profile by adding the URL to your shower invitation or sharing by email when managing your registry. You can also create a shortened URL for easy sharing by logging in to your registry profile, clicking on “Registry Settings” and then editing via "Shorten Registry URL."
Can my family and friends view my registry profile if they are not members of TheBump.com? Yes, family and friends can view and purchase items from your registry profile without having an account.
