Elliette's nursery was not something that we designed in a weekend. I wanted Barbie to play a part in the room but didn't want the logo splashed everywhere. I found a website where I created a poster with the Barbie logo and was able to add her name at the top so I could avoid doing the normal painting of wooden letters and hanging them with ribbon. We kept the colors bright but grounded them with dark chocolate walls and added a french door. The feel is modern and the room can grow as she does!
