Today, Dream On Me Inc. announced a voluntary recall on 700 of their Lullaby Cradle Gliders due to the fact that the mattress support board can fall out (or slide out of the bottom of the cradle glider), posing a risk to babies. So far, two incidents have been reported. A one-month-old infant fell to the floor when the mattress board partially fell out, but thankfully the child is uninjured. A second report was of a four-month-old infant, however, the baby did not fall out of the cradle.
