...And Baby Makes Three!!
Clint and I were married in April of 2008. We met on MySpace in 2006. Started dating, and the rest is history. :) We started trying to conceive in mid-2009. We had a time where we thought we'd succeded, but tests were coming back negative. I went to my doctor, and they discovered a softball-sized cyst on my right ovary. I had surgery in May of 2010 to remove it. Surgery was completely succesful! We conceived in November of 2010. Baby was actually a complete surprise. I was scheduled to have surgery December 22nd to have my tonsils removed. Any female who's had surgery knows they always test your urine for pregnancy. They had asked me if I was pregnant earlier in the week during pre-registration, and I said "nope!" So, nurse leaves me and hubby in pre-op to go run the test, comes back and says "we're not doing surgery!" I asked why, and she showed me a test and said "its positive!" My first reaction was "What's positive??" Nurse had to ask me if it was a good thing. Absolutely!! We were just SO shocked!! We've had our first ultra-sound to see the heartbeat, and to figure out exactly how far along we were. I was in awe....Clint cried :) We're so excited to welcome our sweet baby in August! :D
