Our Little Girl Alyssa Marie
We found out that I was pregnant April 29, 2010. Went for my first Dr. apt in June. We learned that we were expecting our little one January 2nd, 2011. We found out that she was a girl August 28, 2010 and Alyssa made her grand entrance on December 30, 2010. I was in the hospital for 4 days and it took her 3 of them to get here. I had pre-eclampsia and was on bed rest before I went to the hospital to have her. Now she is here and is growing happy and healthy and is learning something new everyday!!

Well there isn't much about this little peanut right now but there will definitely be more to come. We found out that we were pregnant again on January 21, 2012. We are so excited. I have a feeling that it might be a boy this time but I don't know if that is because I would love to have a boy this time. Who knows :) Saw the gestational sac on January 27. Next appointment is February 15. Hoping to hear the heartbeat then and see our little peanut for the first time :). This is me at 6 weeks.
Update: Had our first appt and the u/s was awesome! The little peanut had a heart rate of 154. Their measurements were right on too. We are so excited. Next appt is March 14
Update: Had our 2nd appt and the doctor couldn't find peanut's heartbeat with the doppler. :( So she got the portable u/s machine and I got a sneek peek at baby. Heart looked great and I got a surprise. Our little one was waving at me. I was so excited. Over all a great appt. Next one is April 11
Update: Had a great appt. Got to see LO on the u/s again. The OB thought I was leaking fluid. Turned out to be nothing but I was ok with seeing our little one again. The baby was literally jumping all over the place. So cute. A/S is scheduled for May 2nd! Can't wait.
Update: A/S went great. Baby GIRL :) looked great. Have low platelet count according to my blood work and the Dr. is going to recheck it at my next appt. Hoping for better numbers. Got pics of little Zoey Aven. I am glad to have another DD. Can't wait! Next appt is May 31st.
Update: Well we did another blood check and my numbers are out of the critical range but not quite in the normal range. So we get to check them again at my next appt. Zoey's heart rate was 158. She sounds great. She is moving around alot more now and her kicks are stronger now. Next appt is June 29.
Update: Zoey was born at 2:23pm on 09/21/2012. At a healthy 10lbs and 21.5 inches long. We are so happy
