TTC #1 March '07 Endometriosis found in colon April '07 Colon resection and temporary illeostomy July '07 Surgery for Illeostomy reversal Dec '07 D&C and Hysterscopy to remove tissue from uterus May '08 First HSG found tubes blocked and both hydrosalpinx June '08 Laproscopic surgery to try and unblock tubes. Right tube unblocked but left tube not functional. July '08 IUI #1 with Femara = BFN Aug '08 Back 2 Back IUI's with femara = BFN Sept'08 IUI #3 with femara = BFN Oct '08 HSG #2 Both tubes blocked again and both hydrosalpinx Jan. '09 Laproscopic Surgery to remove both tubes IVF #1 04/09 Started Lupron 3/15 and stims 3/25. ER 4/7, ET 4/10, Beta #1 4/22= 523, beta #2= 1,777, beta #3= 6,079 IVF#2 08/2011 BFP! Twin boys born at 35w2d
