Second u/s confirmed heart was still beating and baby was starting to move. I am now on a 4 week check-in like all other normal pregnant women. I am not overly happy about this but it could be worse.
It just got worse! My Ob is now on maternity leave and I will be seeing her father till she gets back in Dec. (hopefully). I went to my first Appointment with Daddy OB (13 weeks), and got to talk about all the stress coming up in my life. My husband taking a new job, need to move, selling my house,and getting new insurance. Yep this is what my life has become, STRESS! Daddy OB did try to clam my fears and stress but instead I felt like a worried little girl talking to a teacher or parent about being afriad of the dark. He did a doppler check for the heartbeat. He says he heard it but I didn't all I heard was my heart pounding fast and loud. He kept check my heart rate was he was listening, but he says he could hear both.
I now have gallbladder issue (14-15 weeks). I knew this was coming but I was hoping it would wait till after I gave birth. But I got to have a sneak peek of baby becuase of it. I now think baby is a boy, even though I am still team green. He was moving and waving, it was so cute. I can't wait for my big U/S where I can see his face better. The U/S tech pointed to where his little heart was beating but I couldn't really see it, but just seeing him move around was reassuring. The GP says I don't have any stones or infection to be causing the pain I was in, to keep to a bland diet and hope for the best. I will bring this up at my next appointment with Daddy OB to see what he thinks is the best next step.
I think I am starting to fell baby around in there, but I am not 100% sure (15-16 weeks). I fell little tickles and bumps but I just am not sure of what I am felling. Sometimes I have to check my heartbeat to see if its my pounding heart or bumps from the baby. One more thing to talk to Daddy OB about.

On July 20th, 2009 when in to the GP office to start checking out why I get dizzy (pregnant or not) and have black out spells. She started doing a bunch of test to see what could be causing it (so far everything has come back not the reason) and wanted me to go in for a CT scan but becuase there was a chance I might be pregnant again she went ahead and ordered a HcG test to confirm. If the HcG test came back positive she wanted me to not go do the CT scan. I called and scheduled the CT scan (becuase I really didn't think I was) for the 22nd. I later called and rescheduled the CT for the following week just in case. I waited around all day on the 21st for a call from the GP office to say one way or another. The lovely ladies on the TTCAL board convinced me to go by a HPT and get it over with they wanted to know NOW! I when and bought a test and took it and LOW and BEHOLD it was A BFP! OMG! Almost 2 hours later my GP office calls and tells me that the HcG test was positive and to cancel my CT scan. I already had but oh well. I was in utter shock! I called my OB office and told them what was up and asked to have my beta's checked.
On July 22nd, my first beta was drawn HcG 84 Progesterone 28.9; My doctor wanted me to come back in the on the 29th and have it drawn again the numbers then were HcG 2329 Progesterone 22.5. My OB was concerned about the fall in progesterone and put me on 100mg oral supplement twice a day till 10 weeks. A week later having still not heard from my OB office what they wanted me to do next I called and scheduled an early first visit for 7 weeks (August 14th) I had an U/S which confirmed I was close to 7 weeks and had a wonderful strong heartbeat of 140! SO far so go! I go back on August 28th for a second U/S for piece of mind.

I took my first test on April 1, 2009. I got my BFP! Woot! I will have a great story to tell my little one about the day I found out about them. Take a second test 2 days later still +, SO I call the Doctor and set up an appointment for April 21st. I went to the doctors April 13th because of light spotting over the weekend. Took b/w that day as well as had a u/s which showed a normal sac growing for around 6 weeks. Doctor says everything should be fine, lets see what the b/w says and see ya next week. Took second set of b/w 15th which was not fulling doubling but was not too low for a m/c. Doctor says everything looks fine see ya next week. April 21st was my first scheduled appointment with the doctor, got a second u/s and saw a normal baby pole a slightly low heart rate. Doctor told me that the heart rate was a bit low but not too low and to come back in 4 weeks like it was a normal pregnancy. Finally got the courage up to tell my family just before my second scheduled appointment. Went in for my second appointment on May 19th and found no heartbeat, and that the baby was a full 2 weeks too small. I had no cramping, no bleeding other than the spotting at week 6. I had no clue anything was wrong with my baby.
After this I did some Online looking, the spotting, not fully doubling number, and the low heart rate were all signs of a problem but that most women which this problem go on to have a normal pregnancy. Still I wish my doctor had been upfront with me and told me there could be a problem instead of telling everything looks like it will be fine. I decided to have the D&C done becuase my body after 2 weeks hadn't figured out that something was wrong. I didn't want to wait around for it to figure it out or worse for it not to figure it out and put me back at square one two weeks later. Now I fell like that whole pregnancy was just a sad April Fools joke that took too long and hurts too much. I will still try again as soon as I can but till then, this is where my story ends for now.

My doctor didn't do I physical exam since I stopped bleeding over a week ago with no pain. But she did answer ever question I could come up with so here's the Q&A
1) Could the dizziness I experinced during Pregnancy cause this? More than likely not, but (hands me a piece of paper) here is a number of a good GP who can check out what that is.
2) Can I start trying again next cycle? YES, but until then please use some kind of B/C.(BIG GREEN LIGHT HERE)
3) When I get KU again what do I do and What will you do? As soon as you get a + HPT call, We will bring you in to do beta's and check progestoren (spelling?) levels. If you have low P levels then we will give you a scrip for P and hope that helps. I fully expect to see you back in a few months.
4) What about early U/S? I will not do an early U/S becuase it will most likely just put you into a state of painic when we don't see anything but I will bring you in for a 7 week like we did this time.
5) How do you feel about charting? I think it is a great way to know what is going on in your system and I would gladly use it to help if you have problems TTC.
6) What post opt test did you run? The only tests we did is a Blood typeing to double check that you weren't - and A pathology to make sure that the M/C wasn't becuase of a rare cancer of the placenta tisue. You are O+, and NONE of the tisue showed cancer.
7) What were my beta's that we did take with this Pregnancy? 36,074 first day, two days later 53,414. Good and high but not fulling doubling possibly becuase you were already nearing week 7 when they were taken. She doesn't think this was an indicator.
Other infor.- I am in a slightly higher risk for a second M/C but only slightly. She fully expects my next pregnacy to go well. If we go a year without another pregnacy then she will look into fertility, but she doesn't expect me too. She is ready to take on all my craziness when I get KU again. She offered to go ahead and do B/W for cloting issues which I turned down (this time). She thinks that the slightly low heart rate MIGHT have been an indicator but she doesn't know for sure. OH and of course who could forget SHE is PREGNANT, her check in nurse is PREGNANT and there were 3 PREGNANT women in the waiting room! Damn Pregnant women everywhere! BUT I made it and I am happy to have my green light!

Update June 6th: 10 days to post opt and I am finally not bleeding. Started charting to see if I will O before I go into the for the exam.
Update June 17th: Day after Post opt, I got the go ahead to try next cycle from Doc, just have to wait for AF to show. I believe I O'ed on the 12 which would make AF due date the 26thish. I hope she shows soon.
Update July 7th: AF came on the 25th of last month WOOT! and I look like I am about to O again. This is my first ever FWP week!
Update July 20th-22nd: I am Pregnant again! YES!
Update July 31st: Beta's are looking good Progesterone is ok but worried my doctor she put me on a supplement I hope it works.
Update August 14th: WE HAVE A HEART BEAT!
Update August 28th: We still have a heart beat, and baby is moving limbs.
Update September 25th: Baby heart beat was heard by OB on Doppler.
Update October 6th: When in to GP about Gallbladder, U/S scheduled for 10-8. Put on Bland diet until told other wise.
Update October 8th: U/S showed no stones or infections, Got to see baby again
