My Proposal Story
My husband and I are not very flashy people so of course my proposal wasn't all that flashy either, but it was memorable all the same. I had to work that day and my husband was off, by the time I got home from work he had already made plans with my mother to watch our daughter for the evening. He was in the kitchen cooking my favorite meal!!!! When dinner was ready we set around the table and made our normal casual small talk. After dinner he asked me to wait for him in the living room (so I waited LOL). He then took me into our room where he had candles lit and soft music playing in the background, we both sat on the edge of the bed, and Stedman being Stedman just simply asked me WOULD I MARRY HIM!!!! I of course said yes and we have been happily married ever since!!
