First appointment

Me and my DH just found out we were going to be parents about a week ago. However- I did take a home test (okay 2) that came back positive about 3 weeks ago. When we went in for the first OB/GYN appointment, when we thought we were about 10 weeks- it turns out that we are 16 weeks!!! The Dr. gave us a pretty good scare and told us that she thought it could be twins or we are further along than we thought, and I am happy that we are only expecting one healthy baby!
