My name is Michelle and this last year I gave birth to the most beautiful baby girl, Athena Jane. Athena was diagnosed with 22q deletion and DiGeorge Syndrome and underwent two major open heart surgeries before she was 11 weeks old. Unfortunately, she could not overcome the second surgery and passed away at 11.5 weeks on August 28, 2012.
