My time has come!

After much discussion and thinking, Jonathan and I have come to the conclusion that it is the appropriate time to have a baby. So soon? Well, perhaps... but not really. Everything happens for a reason, and with the move and all, it has been very hard for me to find a job. Which is why I began doing what I eventually would have done, which is complete my masters. If everything goes as planned, I will be receiving my degree in 2 1/2 years. As parents and especially working parents, an important decision needs to be made, wether one parent stays at home with the baby or the baby is put in day care. I feel more comfortable raising the baby rather than having it in day care. And now is the best time because I am not having to give up anything that I already gave up while I am working on my masters. And once that is completed, the baby starts day care or a Montessori school which takes them in earlier than regular schools, and Mom goes back to work, but this time with a higher degree! :) I think it would be harder if I waited, started a job I really enjoyed, and then have to give it up. Of course you don't REALLY have to give it up, but I DO want to be raising the baby full-time up until at least 2 years old. That means that I would end up leaving a possible good job. Which is why, this is a good time for all of us.
