Hi Kelli my name is Alexa. I just had my first baby, a boy named Eli, on March 25. I read your comment about someone telling you anxiety and depression get worse after the baby. Absolutely NOT true at all. Maybe for some people but like you said everybody is different. I have struggled with depression and panic attacks for almost 8 years and even been medicated for it. But after I had my son he was better then any pill my doc ever gave me. It's like he cured my depression. I mean how can you be depressed when your looking at a precious creation like a child, right?
