8 weeks!

We found out that we were pregnant at the end of our 5 week mark. It came as a complete shock since we had just had a miscarriage on October 17. We were told to wait 4 weeks (we waited a week). At the 4 week mark, I had to give some blood to make sure that my blood was back to zero so we could have kids again. We were told to wait another 3 weeks, then got a call a week later saying that we were good to go. We got the OK while I was up in Michigan. While flying, I felt slightly queasy during take off (which is not normal for me), and also felt queasy after eating dinner one night. Then the Sunday we got back, I felt queasy again. I just thought it was due from going from Southern chilly weather to Northern winter weather. We went back for more blood work 7 weeks after my miscarriage. When I got to the doctor, the nurse asked if I'd had my period and I replied no. This didn't bother me since I'm irregular anyway. So off I went to give a urine sample. Probably 5 or 7 minutes later, the doctor comes in with "Congratulations". I was so confused, so I replied with "Thanks. For what?" That was when I found out I was pregnant. Big Shocker!!!!! We had our first Ultrasound last friday (November 14th) and saw our baby for the first time. We also got to see the Heartbeat! Hello little 7 week 1 day pea with a 130 HB. Today we are 8 weeks 3 days. Allan and my date to want to pass was 6 weeks (that was when we had our miscarriage). We go back to the doctor at 10 weeks 1 day. I have never looked forward to an ultrasound more! Needless to day, we have been praying for a happy healthy baby! It's odd comparing both pregnancies...last one I wasn't really sick. This pregnancy I seem to have all the symptoms! Symptoms: Nausea, throwing up, fatigue, sore boobs, achy uterus (it's growing! HAHA), heartburn (rare), constant hunger. Can't Stand: brisket or pulled pork. The thought and smell makes me gag.
