First time Air Force mom!
Hello! My name is Sharae and I am currently serving active duty in the United States Air Force. I have approximately been in for 3 years and 9 months, enjoying every second of it. I met my husband in England, our first duty station, about two months before I was due to move back to the states (Maryland) to complete my enlistment. Luckily, love prevailed and while he was on vacation for one month in New York in Sept 2009, we tied the knot which was the start of our nearly year-long wait to be reunited (hubby had to finish his term in England). After not falling pregnant in September (just got off BCP), then again not falling pregnant while I paid him a visit in England January 2010, we just realized it wasn't time to start a family. Finally, he was due to move back to the states to North Carolina in July, spending the entire month with me. It was bound to happen. And it did! On August 5th, I found out I was pregnant! This little boy is due April 14, 2011, 5 days before my husband's birthday and 11 days before mine! We will call him Aiden Charles Ernst. I love my family.
