My husband and I have a long history together. We actually first met in childhood. My father and his uncle were best friends so it was inevitable that we would play together from time to time. We reunited later in high school when my best friend and his best friend were dating so once again, we sort of ended up together. After both of us getting out of some prett bad long term relationships we sort of found eachother again back in the summer of 2006. His sister just found out she was pregnant and he had been staying with her and her husband until he could find a place of his own. 3 short months later I asked him to move in with me since we had pretty much spent every night together anyways. In May 2007, he planned to propose on my birthday the 24th. Too excited he jumped the gun and on the 20th we became engaged. I had always planned a numbers wedding and 7/7/07 was way too soon. So we shot for 8/8/08. after much deliberation we decided on a location and they already had the time of day I wanted booked. So much for that! 8/1/08 it was!! The day was beautiful! Everyone had a good time which was my main goal. So in October 2007 we decided to seriously start thinking about extending our family and I went off birth control. We bagan the 3 month wait as reccommended by my docor. January rolled around and we were full swing into baby makin mode! I couldn't get a family planning appt until April so we jus kind of did our own thing until then. Once April rolled around and still no PG I started to worry. We started with the simple tests. Postcoital normal. Sperm Analysis low normal across the board x2. Went to the urologist and DH has a varicocele. OK. Hysterosalpingogram Normal. Endometrial Biopsy#1 Proliferative Phase. Endometrial Biopsy #2 Normal. DH doesn't want to have surgery for the varicocele right away so we wait. These are the pieces of my life so far.
