Our First Baby!
I'm 28 years old, I'll be 29 in July. My husband, Scott, is 30. If all goes according to plan, he'll have to say he was 31 when the baby was born as his b-day is at the end of December. This is our first baby! We knew before we were married that we wanted to be parents and so we are super excited that are dream is coming true. We were worried about conceiving (well, I was) but it turns out it happened on the first try! I didn't think that ever really happened. We're calling the baby 'Turtle' while it's in my tummy. I think as soon as we tell our niece she'll have a cute name to call it as she did our other niece before she was born. To lay it out... I'm scared, nervous, excited, irrational, confused, sick, happy, and so much more all at once. I am lucky to have the most wonderful husband/best friend as my number one supporter. We'll see where this adventure takes us!!!
