Completely Unexpected
My husband and I had no intentions of having children anytime soon. In fact, we were both pretty unsure as to whether we would ever have kids at all. When I found out I was pregnant, the first feeling was shock and of course, "What are we going to do?" Despite the sudden change, we both knew that this was a good change - one that would definitely put our life path in a different direction than expected - but one that would ultimately lead us to the greatest fulfillment and love that anyone can possibly have. I will say that this experience is changing me, and already caused a great transformation within. I am learning to love more, react with kindness and let go of much of the selfishness that dominated my younger years. We are both ready for this journey, together, and look forward to the great unknown.
