Mommy-to-be! =)
My name is Michelle Janai. I am a college senior in Atlanta, GA majoring in Music (cello performance) and minoring in Business Administration. At the end of my junior year, I had suspicions that I was pregnant and around the 5th week I found out for sure. Me and the father are not together, unfortunately he hooked back up with his ex before we found out about the pregnancy. Though this is a sticky situation, he is being very supportive in EVERY way... he even took a trip up north with me to make the announcement & meet some of my family. We had a great time! So far I have had three appointments and he has been at each one. The second appointment we got our first ultrasound and the last one we heard the baby's heartbeat. By tomorrow I will be 14 weeks and I'm finally starting to get excited about the baby coming... though it took me a while to adjust to everyone wanting to touch on my stomach =) "Dad" plays the violin, so we are hoping the baby is musically inclined like we are. Also because it runs in my family too; my father plays the bass guitar as well other instruments. My due date is February 3rd, right after my winter break and before spring break so hopefully I can manage with school and graduation. ~MiCello~
