For some women, yes. (Sorry.) Low estrogen levels during breastfeeding can lead to vaginal dryness. But don’t worry — a little lube can go a long way. Use a water-based lubricant (like AstroGlide or KY Jelly), and take it slow as you get back into the sack postpartum.
