Hasti Daneshvar, Esquire earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and a law degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, where she served as Vice-President of the Student Bar Association. She is also licensed by the State of California and the United States District Court as an Attorney-at-Law. She is a member of the California State Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA), National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), and Iranian American Bar Association (IALA).
Hasti is a strong advocate for women’s rights in the workplace. She has represented multiple women in labor and employment cases. She believes that the law plays an important role in shaping society’s image of women and allowing them to better themselves and those around them.
Additionally, Hasti is experienced in estate planning. As a new mother, she makes it her goal to spread the word about planning for the future of one’s family. She custom tailors estate plans that can not only help family’s plan for the future, but also protect their assets in the meantime. A dynamic speaker, Hasti also regularly speaks at events such as Mommy and Me classes, parenting classes, women’s groups and other informative events. Hasti previously worked as an Associate at the Los Angeles office of Keith A. Fink & Associates, a boutique litigation firm with a primary emphasis in labor and employment matters, as well as business litigation. There, she represented clients who had been discriminated, terminated, and/or harassed based on their nationality, gender, sexual orientation, pregnancy, and discrimination.
