Tracey is an internationally recognized personal trainer, fitness instructor, and sports nutritionist certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of American (AFAA) and the National Academy of Sports Nutrition (NASN). A mother herself, Tracey knows firsthand how easy it can be to let life’s daily stresses derail your own health and wellness. After her first pregnancy brought on a 55-pound weight gain, she placed her fitness career on hold, feeling a complete lack of self-confidence. But she also knows what it takes to get back on track and back into shape. Today Tracey is the owner of ATP Specific Training and Physical Therapy in Los Angeles, where she lives with her husband and two young children. Her latest book, Sexy in 6 (with accompanying DVD), is available now at Amazon.
