Not likely. Many mamas actually find that breastfeeding seems to help them lose weight. (Baby’s caloric needs can prompt your body to dip into your fat stores.) Need an extra boost to take off that baby weight? Get active. Exercising + breastfeeding + eating nutritious foods when you’re hungry = healthy weight loss.
