The jewelry is a fashion-forward lifesaver when you have a teething baby, but you’ll want to be careful; Chewbeads is recalling 45,000 pacifier clips because of a choking hazard.

Never heard of Chewbeads? The company makes silicone jewelry that’s safe for babies to gnaw and pull on. While no injuries have been reported, there have been seven incidents of beads detaching from the pacifier ring.

Five of the “Where’s the Pacifier” clip holder styles are affected, including models shaped like a butterfly, dinosaur, heart, sheriff badge and baseball.

Have one of these products? Keep it away from baby and contact  Chewbeads at [email protected] or 1-888-786-7790 for a free replacement pacifier clip or a refund of the purchase price.
