The only thing more mischievous than a baby dressed as Elf on the Shelf? A baby dressed as a leprechaun. And Rockwell the Elf is back with his holiday antics, this time painting the town green in honor of St. Patrick’s Day.

This past Christmas, Utah dad Alan Lawrence decided to bring the infamous Elf on the Shelf doll to life, shooting some festive photos with his 4-month-old son. While baby Rockwell probably got his fill of sugary sweets (he was “spotted” sipping on maple syrup and eating spaghetti with a side of gummies), it seems he still has some tricks up his sleeve.

“He doesn’t mind the suit, but is not a fan of the beard — he drools a lot and it always manages to get in his mouth,” Lawrence tells Today.com, adding that his wife made the suit herself.

Lawrence works as an art director, web designer and photographer, using some serious Photoshop to make this Leprechaun trickery look as real as possible. But coming up with ideas for the photos is a family affair.

We can’t wait to see what this family has in store for Easter. That bunny will definitely be up to no good.
