Fisher-Price Is Recalling 63,000 Infant Seats

Recall alert! After 36 reports of the product overheating, Fisher-Price is recalling its Soothing Motions Seats.

Specifically, the motor that allows the seat to bounce, sway, vibrate and make sounds can overheat. While no injuries have been reported, there has been one incident of a fire igniting in the motor.

The following model numbers, located on the underside of the plastic that contains the motor, are affected:

  • CMR35
  • CMR36
  • CMR37
  • DYH22
  • CMR39 (the Smart Connect Soothing Motions Seat)
