It’s official: today marks the launch of the new and improved iPhone app for The Bump. And we’re really excited about it.

What’s different? Thanks to the gorgeous, clean design, you’ll find that navigating through the app is a whole lot easier. Based on your due date, you’ll see a week-by-week stream of Q&A’s, articles, tools and community posts targeted to the exact stage of your pregnancy. Don’t have time to check out all that information? You’ll be greeted with a fruit that represents the size of your baby, along with a few bullet points of information explaining exactly what’s going on in there.

The calendar gives you a recommendation for each day of your pregnancy, and allows you to enter your own daily notes and weekly photos. All of your belly photos go to their own screen, and can be viewed in order as a slideshow. When all is said and done, you’ll have a mobile diary and timeline of your pregnancy, which is pretty cool.

Best of all,  every single article and Q&A  from TheBump.com is now available in the app — The Bump editors are at your beck and call. Plus, access to the community forums and your Birth Month Club is faster than ever.

Love it? Hate it? Let us know under “App Feedback.” The App Team reads every suggestion to make improvements, and will constantly be revamping the app.

Download it for free at the iTunes store.
