Just a few days ahead of Father’s Day, the first-ever beer registry is here to provide soon-to-be dads their own way to register for “the essentials.” The lighthearted twist on a baby registry allows dads (and moms) to register for a variety of Miller Lite beer items, including a “It’s A Boy” six-pack or a “The Dad Bod” 30-pack. Once completed, they can send the list to friends and family to help them stock the fridge ahead of the arrival of their new addition.

For a limited time (June 13-17), you can also purchase a “beer bond” for the expectant parents. The paper bond can be delivered framed or frameless and is a non-binding realistic contract promising dads or their little ones a cold one in 21 years.

“Dads are some of our favorite people to celebrate, especially on Father’s Day, and we wanted to make sure the initiation of those soon-to-be dads was done in a way that they would appreciate,” said Elizabeth Hitch, senior director of marketing for Miller Lite in a press release.

Country star and expectant dad Luke Combs has partnered with the brand for the beer registry launch sharing his enthusiasm for the new idea.

“I’ve always embraced life’s biggest moments with my friends and family over a Miller Lite, in fact, I share one every night with my fans on stage. As a soon-to-be dad, which might be the single greatest moment in my life, next to marrying my best friend, I am ready to celebrate,” said Combs.

The When it Rains it Pours singer added, “I can think of no better way to help me and new parents everywhere ‘cheers’ this moment than with the new Miller Lite Beer Registry they created. This is a pretty cool idea, and I’m glad you get to hear about it from me and my friends at Miller Lite.”

Cheers to new dads!
