OXO is recalling about 25,000 of its Nest Booster Seats, the CPSC announced yesterday.

While no injuries have been reported, OXO has received five reports of the stitching coming undone, releasing the straps and posing a falling hazard.

Not sure if you own one of these booster seats? They’re sold in green (model 6367200), pink (model 6367300), taupe (model 6367500) and orange (model 6367400). Look for a sticker on the bottom of the seat with this number.

If you do have this seat, contact OXO at (800) 545-4411, via email at [email protected] or online at  www.oxo.com for a free repair kit.
