Yep, Proactiv is considered compatible with breastfeeding. The main ingredient in these products is benzoyl peroxide, which experts say doesn’t absorb much through your skin. And any of the stuff that does absorb shouldn’t make it into your milk. In fact, topical acne treatments like Proactiv are probably a better choice than oral antibiotics when breastfeeding.
