Cortisone’s effect on breastfeeding moms and babies hasn’t been studied, so its safety hasn’t really been determined. It’s unlikely that a single shot would cause dangerous amounts to reach your baby, but you might be better off asking the doc for a better studied drug to treat your symptoms.
