We're going on vacation and I want to go scuba diving. Will scuba diving affect my breast milk?

No. Breathing compressed air does add nitrogen to your system (including your breast milk) for a short time, but there doesn’t seem to be any risk involved with this at all. So go ahead and dive. (You might want to feed baby or pump just before you head out, though. The pressure of a tight wet suit could lead to a plugged duct.)
