You’ve heard it once, you’ve heard it twice, you’ll hear it a million more times: Fed is best.

Every family is different, and every family has their own personal reasons for why they breastfeed or feed their child using formula. Whether it’s medical, biological, mental or whatever the specific reason may be, it’s uncalled for to shame someone for taking care of their baby in the way they’re able to do it best. Artist Joni Rae Latham, of the Facebook page Tales of a Kitchen Witch, created a powerful illustration to prove this point once and for all.

The piece is titled “All the Love” and available for purchase on Etsy.com. The watercolor canvas features illustrations of moms, dads and every kind of loving caregiver imaginagle, feeding their baby. Whether they’re breastfeeding, using stored breast milk, pumping or giving baby formula, the love and happiness shown nearly jumps off of the page.

It’s easy to shame another parent, but it’s not your place to judge how they choose to feed their child when they’re giving it all the sustenance, and most importantly love, they need to thrive.
