Katy Perry is proudly showing off her post-baby body.

On August 30, the singer posted a “VMAs” look to her Instagram stories, complete with a Medela breast pump bra and Frida Mom postpartum underwear. While the star didn’t actually attend the awards, she did hilariously credit her hair and makeup to “exhaustion.”

She set the image to her song “Not the End of the World,” which appears on her latest album Smile, released late last week. Perry has been quite the busy mama this past week, as she adjusts to life with a newborn and promotes her new album. She’s been interweaving the two and even jokingly wrote in an Instagram post promoting “Champagne Problems” off the album, “Allllll weee goooot arre #ChampagneProblems nowwe. Listen to Champagne Problems to get your pre-baby body back. link in bio #Smile is OUT NOW!”

The singer and her fiance, Orlando Bloom, welcomed their daughter earlier this month through an Instagram post with UNICEF.

“Welcome to the world, Daisy Dove Bloom!” the caption read. “We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter.”
