My baby is allergic to cow's milk, so I'm cutting it out of my diet. What can I eat and drink to make sure we get enough calcium?

Here are a few cow’s-milk free foods (and drink supplements) that contain calcium:

•Leafy greens like spinach, collards, okra or turnip greens

•Goat’s milk and goat’s-milk cheese

•Canned salmon with bones

•Sardines with bones

•Calcium-fortified juice

•Almonds

•Soybeans

•Tofu

•Chickpeas

•Eggs

•Calcium supplements
