Will an intense workout routine affect my milk supply at 10 weeks postpartum?
There is no evidence that an exercise program would have any negative effect on your milk supply. In fact, the results of one study suggested that active moms may produce more milk. As long as your doctor has cleared you to begin this routine, you should be fine. Just remember to wear a supportive bra and to start out slowly. Your body went through a lot in pregnancy and childbirth, and it’s important to give yourself time to heal and adjust.
