Disney World Is Introducing Epic Star Wars Spaceship Strollers for Parents to Rent
There is nothing more magical than visiting Disney World with your kids. Except maybe that bulky stroller you are constantly lugging in and out of restaurants, around massive crowds of people and on and off rides and attractions. But it’s a small price to pay for unforgettable memories, right?
Fear not, ther’s a way for you and your family to make the stroller a part of the magical experience too. Parents will soon be able to travel to a galaxy far, far away with an innovative spaceship stroller, Insider reports.
The stylish set of wheels are designed to look like Star Wars’ Millennium Falcon cockpit, and feature hexagonal windows, a spaceship-style steering wheel and switches to cue sound and lighting effects to make children feel like they’re blasting off to outer space.
The strollers are the brainchild of Florida-based company Fantasy Strollers, which previously introduced the Cinderella Carriage Strollers to the Disney parks. They come with space for two children, with a minimum height of 27 inches and a maximum height of 50 inches.
The spaceship strollers can be used at Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Epcot parks, and will be available for rental beginning March 1, 2019. You can pre-reserve your stroller now through Fantasy Strollers, and check out the different packages available. An eight-hour rental is priced at $132, but the Spaceship Surprise Package ($241 for eight hours) will get you the stroller delivered right to your resort near the parks, as well as a red carpet, themed music, and transportation to the the Disney park you’re heading to.
