Joren

Joren is a boy's name of Scandinavian origin and a descendant of Jörgen and George. Although they have a shared meaning of "farmer," the name Joren isn't as well-known as its older brothers. Yet. One person doing their part to raise the profile is Joren van Pottelberghe, a Swiss professional ice hockey goaltender. He was drafted by the Detroit Red Wings just three weeks after his 18th birthday and selected for Team Switzerland at the 2022 Olympics.
