Despite rhyming with Gotham, Jotham has its roots in Hebrew rather than DC Comics' Batman. Meaning “Yahweh is perfect,” Jotham is an Old Testament or Hebrew Bible name. In the Bible, Jotham was the only surviving son of Gideon, while another figure with the same name became king of Judah.
