Ladislaus

Ladislaus is a traditional Slavic boy’s name steeped in history. It’s no coincidence that Ladislaus means “glorious rule.” Throughout centuries gone by, there have been several rulers who have borne names similar to Ladislaus. From 1077-1095, Ladislas I of Hungary ruled much of the Slavic lands, such as Poland and Croatia. He later became a popular saint and has many churches dedicated to him.
