Sezar
s(e)-zar
Origin:Romanian
Meaning:Hairy, head of hair; Destroyer
Though it looks a little different on the page, the masculine name Sezar is Cezar's closest variant. Both Sezar and Cezar are Romanian forms of Caesar, a Latin and Roman title made famous by generations of Roman emperors. Most sources link Caesar to the Latin word for "hair," caesaries, which lends definitions like "hairy" and "head of hair" to Sezar. If you think your little one will be born the opposite of bald, this moniker could be a very apt choice. Since Cezar can also mean "destroyer," it seems likely that your tiny tot will be someone who defies expectations at every turn and dismisses negativity, maybe even with a hair flip!
