The 2020-2021 school year is definitely not a normal one. The coronavirus pandemic has placed parents and caregivers in the difficult position of deciding whether or not it’s safe to send kids back to school and, if not, come up with alternative solutions. One thing that has not changed, however, is back-to-school shopping. Yet, according to Etsy, the top trends definitely look a little different this year.

Today, Etsy released its back to school data for 2020, which shows how parents, students and shoppers are preparing for the unprecedented school season. Among this year’s trends are kids’ masks and accessories, teacher and school staff appreciation and at-home learning necessities. Below, a full breakdown of their findings, along with products you can shop for each.
