Expectant parents spend months hemming and hawing over the perfect name for their baby. With an endless array of options—and unwanted feedback from the peanut gallery—it’s tough to land on a baby name that you’re 100 percent confident in. And trust us, baby name regret is real—but no pressure.

Take a deep breath. There are tons of ways to make choosing a namesake less stressful, and one company is willing to come up with a curated list of first and middle names just for you. But it comes at a cost.

Future Perfect is a new baby name consulting service founded by two moms who met at the playground and bonded over their childrens’ unique names. “We’re obsessed—not only with how they sound, but also with what they mean, how they look, the way they fit in with the rest of the family,” the website boasts. The service offers suggestions that are neutral, unbiased and tailored to each client’s needs.

“Choosing a name is the first step toward defining your child as an individual,” the website explains. “Need a name that connects your adopted child to his unique heritage and yours? We’ll find one! Wish you could come up with a name that means ocean, begins with an L, and has both Japanese and Native American roots? On it!”

The consultation process is designed to help you determine your naming priorities and point you toward a choice that’s thoughtfully crafted and personal. But before you get there, you have to choose from an array of available packages. Once you choose a plan that’s right for you, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an exclusive questionnaire—because in order to get the names, you have to do the homework first. Once parents send their answers back to the team at Future Perfect, they set up a quick phone call to chat and get to know their clients a little better. About a week after that, Future Perfect will send over a customized list of names (depending on the package selected).

The lowest package, The Riff goes for $100 and will get you a brainstorming session with one of the experts. But parents who are down to dish out $350 can take advantage of The Works—one of their heftier packages where parents receive 10 first names and 10 middle names, explanations on why those names were chosen, a follow-up consultation and a personalized gift with your child’s name for when they arrive.

If you don’t want to part with your money, the old fashioned way still works like a charm. Just put on your thinking cap and use The Bump’s stress-free guide to baby naming.
