Exercises for the Second Trimester?
Are there exercises I shouldn't do now that I'm in the second trimester?
At this point you should avoid lying flat on your back for any length of time — it can reduce blood flow to baby. Otherwise, just keep listening to your body, and steering clear of contact sports and anything where you’re likely to fall or get hurt. No skiing or skydiving until after delivery.
