Henna

Henna is a girl’s name. You might know it from the very popular reddish dye, also known by the same name, which is used for stunning hand and body art. In Arabic tradition, it is the equivalent of Hannah, meaning “blessed”. But it can also mean “home ruler” from the Germanic name, Heimerich. Considering the blessed baby will rule your home and heart once they arrive, this is quite an apt name!
