Narciso is a masculine name of Italian origin. Related to the French name "Narcisse", and the Greek name "Narcissus", this name tells an ancient story. In Greek mythology, Narcissus was a beautiful man who fell in love with his own reflection. He was then turned into a flower that grows around water edges and seeming to look at their reflection.
