Rebbeca

Rebbeca is a feminine Hebrew name derived from Rivkah, meaning "to tie" or "to bind." It is an alternate spelling of the globally popular Rebecca for people who prefer their b's over their c's. Rebecca is the name of the 1938 gothic novel by English author Daphne du Maurier, a bestseller that has never gone out of print. The book became an instant classic and sold 2.8 million copies between its first publication in 1938 and 1965. So tied and bound to the story was du Maurier that she wrote the stage play herself in 1939. It may scare them to read as a little person, but when baby Rebbeca grows older, they can appreciate the story of a different Rebecca.
