Wondering how to keep your kids entertained and active while stuck indoors? Obé fitness can help! The at-home fitness platform recently launched kids programming aimed at children from 3 to 10 years old in the form of strength and dance workouts.

The platform, which offers live and on-demand workouts across a variety of categories, including strength training, dance, yoga, pilates and prenatal fitness, is made up of a member-base that largely includes parents. So, when co-founders Ashley Mills and Mark Mullet began receiving an increasing number of requests for kids’ programming, they knew they had to do something. The platform started with four workouts for kids, each approximately 10 minutes long and set to Kidz Bop music, but the obé team is quickly working on adding more content.

Obé fitness members can find the kids workouts in the on-demand library under the “kids” section. To make things a little more fun, the instructors also shout out the kids’ names during the classes.
