Men of the world, take note—Prince Harry is reportedly making Meghan Markle’s withdrawals a bit easier by giving up a few guilty pleasures himself.

Nausea, fatigue, swollen feet. Pregnant women endure a bunch of uncomfortable situations during the months leading up to baby’s arrival. But perhaps the hardest lifestyle change for many to adjust to is cutting back on caffeine. Oh, and the whole no alcohol thing.

The Duchess of Sussex has convinced her husband to trade in his coffee and booze for still mineral water, according to The Express.

The sudden change is a bit surprising to fans, who often associate the red-headed royal with a partying personality. That said, friends close to the couple claim they have seen a noticeable difference in the Duke both mentally and physically.

“All [Markle] did was show him there’s another way to live and he’s become a huge fan. He eats well, doesn’t poison his body, exercises, does a bit of yoga and is a lot happier,” a source tells The Express.

Whether the change will be permanent or just for the time being, the dad-to-be still deserves a nod of respect for standing in solidarity with his pregnant wife. Saying goodbye to favorite foods while pregnant is never easy, but having a supportive partner makes the whole ordeal much more bearable.
