Is it safe to ride a bicycle while you're pregnant?

Yes, it’s safe to actually do the riding, but remember that if you fall, it could be dangerous for you or baby. So use your best judgment. Maybe you decide to go ahead and ride your bike in your driveway, but don’t risk hitting a busy street or a steep trail. It’s up to you, but know that if you’re nervous about it, it’s probably best to skip it.
