Egypt

Egypt is a gendern-neutral name of American origin. That is not to say that Egypt is American, just that naming a baby with the country's name is American. The word itself comes from aigyptos which is Greek. If you're an American that can claim descent from the brilliant ancient lands and people, or perhaps you just miss home yourself, the name Egypt will always remind you and baby of your African roots.
